It has been rumoured that Mr X and Ms Y are carrying a torch for each other and have recently got together. The couple did not confess that they are together to anyone yet but the likelihood is high. Few of our reporters have spotted them whispering sweet nothings to each other during lectures and have been very close these days. They can be seen together during free periods, during classes and after classes. It has been a big brouhaha and quite a big commotion has been kicked up.
Since Y's birthday is around the corner, X has made good use of this chance to prove his sincerity by buying her an exquisite birthday present to signify that their love will be everlasting, just like a mummy being preserved painstakingly in a pyramid. And just like every mummy is unique, Y is the one and only one in X's eyes. This move by X has successfully touched the heart of Y and really made her day.
